Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it for a full refund - no questions asked. To arrange a return for refund, please email us at support@nusoothe.com. Please note:
- If 30 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange a return for refund.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We provide a USA and an Australian return address, depending on your location.
- We will process a refund via your original method of payment within 3 working days of receiving your return.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We provide 100% free exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery. To arrange an exchange, please email us at support@nusoothe.com. Please note:
- If 30 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange an exchange.
- We will provide you with a fully paid return shipping label to return your item. You will be responsible for printing out the return label and attaching it to your item(s).
- We will ship out your replacement item(s) within 3 working days of receiving your return.
- If you want to exchange your items a second or third time, a fee of $11 USD will be charged to help cover exchange shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NuSoothe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
