How it works

How Exchanges Work

1. Email us at support@nusoothe.com and let us know what size you would like to receive.

2. We will send you a fully paid return shipping for you to print out and attach to your items.

3. We will ship out your exchange within 3 working days of receiving your return.

*If you exchange an item that has been opened, a $4 AUD try-on fee will be charged per item. Items that have not been opened will not incur this fee. This is because, due to the intimate nature of our products, they cannot be re-sold once they have been tried on. The funds will be put towards recycling the fabric.

How it works

How Returns Work

1. Email us at support@nusoothe.com and let us know your issue. We may be able to resolve it without the need for a return.

2. Send your order to PO Box 291 Carlton South VIC 3053 Australia. You may use any postage method you choose, or we can provide you with a fully paid return shipping label and deduct $11 AUD from your refund.

3. We will refund your order within 3 working days of receiving it.
