How it works

How Exchanges Work

1. Email us at support@nusoothe.com and let us know what size you would like to receive.

2. We will send you a fully paid return shipping for you to print out and attach to your items.

3. We will ship out your exchange within 3 working days of receiving your return.

*If you exchange an item that has been opened, a $4 AUD try-on fee will be charged per item. Items that have not been opened will not incur this fee. This is because, due to the intimate nature of our products, they cannot be re-sold once they have been tried on. The funds will be put towards recycling the fabric.

How it works

How Returns Work

1. Email us at support@nusoothe.com and let us know your issue. We may be able to resolve it without the need for a return.

2. Send your order to PO Box 47 Beechboro WA 6063. You may use any postage method you choose, or we can provide you with a fully paid return shipping label and deduct $11 AUD from your refund.

3. We will refund your order within 3 working days of receiving it.

NuSoothe® is a fabric designed to provide light, soothing compression while maintaining breathability and comfort. Made of 70% nylon (70 denier) and 30% spandex (280 denier), it's easy to put on, easy to wash, ultra comfortable, and provides light, soothing compression that feels like heaven!

I bought the medium size as indicated by your measurements but found the ankle measurement ok (my ankles are rather thin)but up higher they are too tight . I need to purchase a large size maybe .
